1. **Green Detox Smoothie**

   - 1 cup kale (remove stems)

   - 1 cup spinach

   - 1 small green apple, cored and chopped

   - 1 banana

   - 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

   - 1 tablespoon chia seeds

   - 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (optional)


2. **Berry Bliss Smoothie**

   - 1/2 cup blueberries

   - 1/2 cup strawberries

   - 1/2 cup raspberries

   - 1 banana

   - 1 cup Greek yogurt

   - 1 cup almond milk

   - 1 tablespoon flaxseeds


3. **Tropical Paradise Smoothie**

   - 1/2 cup mango chunks

   - 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

   - 1 banana

   - 1 cup coconut water

   - 1 tablespoon chia seeds

   - A splash of orange juice


4. **Protein-Packed Peanut Butter Smoothie**
